Eligibility Criteria for England Tourist Visa

To travel to England, you will need an England Tourist visa in 2025. You need to meet certain eligibility criteria. You must prove to the UK Home Office that:

  • You can financially support yourself and your dependants during your trip or someone else is going to fund you to cover your expenses.
  • You can pay for your return or onward journey, or someone else is going to pay for the journey.

You must have a passport or other valid travel document to enter England or the UK, and it should be valid for the whole of your trip.

Depending on your nationality, you will need to apply for a UK tourist visa, an ETA, or neither to travel to England or the whole of the UK.
